personal commissions t.o.s

Please carefully go over all of my T.O.S and the prices of the commissions before contacting me. This T.O.S. is for PERSONAL COMMISSIONS only. For Commercial use go to the T.O.S here.

- I have the right to turn down any commission for any reason.- As the artist I have the full rights over my artwork as well as to post the commissions to my social media for self promotion, however- I will not post the commission if it's so requested by the commissioner.- You are NOT allowed to sell / redraw / edit / modify / distribute / make merchandise / claim credit / or use my artwork for advertising- anything to do with commercial usage is prohibited.- You are allowed to print out the commission for yourself (PERSONAL USE) .- You may post the artwork to your own website/social media, but have to credit me as the original artist.- Do not edit out my signature.- Client is never allowed to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.- The use of the commission in any stage of it in advertising or profits associated with NFTs/Cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.- Client may not commercialize the commission work meant for personal use.- My work is not allowed to be used as anything relating to AI art and it's trainers.

COMMERCIAL commissions INFO + t.o.s

Commercial use applies to drawings that generate some sort of profit. Such as monetary, in the shape of merchandise or to promote yourself; e.g. Twitch, Youtube, an online shop, game assets, etc.

Price varies depending on the type of commission and the use for it so please be specific about what you want when filling out the Commission Order Form.

- I have the right to turn down any commission for any reason.- As the artist I have the full rights over my artwork as well as to post the commissions to my social media for self promotion, however- I will not post the commission if it's so requested by the commissioner.- Purchasing a commercial use commission DOES NOT give the client rights to claim that the work is made by anyone other than the original Artist.- Client is only allowed to commercially use the work for the specific usage they paid for and such will be stated in the invoice.- Client is never allowed to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.- The use of the commission in any stage of it in advertising or profits associated with NFTs/Cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.- The use of the commission in any stage of it in advertising or profits associated with AI Technology is strictly prohibited.

IMPORTANT TO READ; PAYMENT T.O.S

ORDERING PROCESS- You fill out the Order form and I'll contact you within 3 days to a week to confirm or decline.- Upon confirmation we'll discuss price and extra costs via email and then I'll send you the Paypal invoice when we come to an agreement.- After payment, I will start working on the commission.- I send every step of the process to make sure everything is okay and if there is anything you want changed. Please be honest and sure because once I get confirmation and move on previous changes won't be able to get fixed- unless you pay extra to go back in the process.- Will send the final commission via email in high quality and/or specific size of your request.- Commissions are a digital product sent via email, I do not make or ship prints.- Updates on how the commission is going you will be able to look at on my Trello which will also be sent with the email confirming the commission payment.

Commission time frame- 1-2 monthsI may changed the length of the timeframe if it's a large project. Otherwise the 1 to 2 month timeframe stands.- Please do NOT rush me, I work at my own pace and usually work on more than 1 commission at a time. If you want a specific time for the Commission to be finished you must state it right away in the form.-Please note that if you take over a week to respond, that will give me extra time on a deadline. I cannot finish a piece without you approving the drafts.

➜ Clients are allowed one major change (e.g. changing the whole drawing, pose and concept) during sketching at no extra cost.➜ Major changes beyond the sketch phase after confirmations will be charged based on each specific case.[Example: If you confirmed that the sketch is good and I finish all the lineart, but then ask for changes in the pose that makes me have to re-do the pose and lineart completely, It will be charged.]➜ I will not move forward with a commission until the additional payment(s) (per charge) have been received in full.Again, I send EVERY step of the process to confirm you like how the piece is coming along and to make sure I fix anything you're not liking, so please let me know right away for changes otherwise I will have to charge you accordingly. I don't want anyone to pay more than it should be necessary, so please think it through, take time if you need it.If any of this is confusing contact me on my Instagram @ pepijopa or over my email , if you have any questions.➜ All rights to the piece are instantly removed if the commissioner decides to get the money back. If you use the art work, such as live2d models,emotes,etc- after taking your money back, actions will be taken.
